
Senior Graphic Designer / Marketing Maven
Role: Senior Graphic Designer / Marketing Maven, Full-Time
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
We are currently seeing a hands-on, enthusiastic and experienced marketer to join our team. This position is full-time with salary + benefits, and is in-person in our Ann Arbor, MI office. The responsibilities outlined below are applicable to all three parts of our company: Interior Design & Decoration Studio, Gallery, and Trade Showroom, and include, but are not limited to:
Job Description:

Responsible for marketing, graphic design, social media, photography, video, video editing, copy writing, email blasts, collateral design and production, and event planning and execution

Design and produce all internal and external facing marketing materials and sales collateral

Deep understanding of visual communication principles to create and execute quality templates and graphics, on-brand copywriting, photography, video, motion graphics

Manage content calendar, including creating email and social media content

Update website and online shop as needed

Lead the planning and execution of company marketing events and functions

Serve as the primary point of contact for outside PR firm, ad agency, and/or marketing consultants

Track goals and metrics on a monthly basis across all marketing channels in order to evaluate progress toward company wide goals

Manage team members across all parts of the company in their efforts to take images that can be used to support various marketing efforts

Oversee online advertising efforts

Assist with professional photoshoots and styling
Job Requirements:

5+ years experience working in a holistic marketing role with an emphasis on original content production (graphic design, photography, copywriting)

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media posts, videos, and email content

Experience working in the interior design industry is not required, but candidates with this experience will be given preferential consideration

Must be passionate about interior design

Willingness to study, learn and apply the CLOTH & KIND aesthetic

Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail

Capable of meeting tight deadlines

Comfortable with a variety of types of technology and software applications including, but not limited to: Google Apps, Asana, Squarespace, Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, All major social media platforms

Must have a current and valid driver's license, as well as own and have daily access to a car for job related travel
