There is nothing quite like the simplicity and beauty of a natural fiber rug to add texture and interest to any space. We adore them and rarely have a design project that doesn't include at least one! A favorite trick of ours is pairing a large natural fiber underlay with a smaller antique or vintage overlay rug. This works beautifully because so often the older rugs are oddly sized, but the large natural fiber underlay unifies the space and adds such beautiful depth. Choose from any number of sources, including jute, sisal, seagrass and more, and even add a binding of your choice to further customize.
